To get the MOD, search on the Steam Conan Exiles Workshop for the MOD called Dark Desires and subscribe to it. Once you are subscribed to it and start the game, it will download the MOD, it is fairly big, about 800MB. Steam will show you the progress like if it was an update to the game. Once updated, go to the MODs section from the main menu.
Frankly, I think thjat is embarrassing to watch. It's not even good porn and I should know, because I watch a awful lot of it. Allowing complete full frontal (And rear;)) and very graphically detailed nudity worked out better than I thought it might. It certanly lated longer than I thought it would. They haven't tried removing it or toning it down. Aside from the option of controlling how much of your own toon and the other toons you see in the buff nude ingame is optional.
Any complaints made about it haven't gone far enough to have this feature omitted. When I thoughht about and rewatched the Coana films.
The nudity is only a partial and not even what I would call soft-porn. No blantant stiffies and gaping gashs. Not for the life of me can I recall the name of this game, but it's was really badly pixeled by todays standards. I never played this game myself. Not really my thing at the time. There are also more sex in your face type of games like Leisure Suit Larry and Leather Goddess's of Phobos.The latter was only a text adventure with scratch and sniff aspects.

I assume the toons of players not currently in game might be considered dead and enjoying what ever afterlife however applicable to thier race/religion. Since death in game is not the end of game.
